Refund Policy

Refunds need to be requested within 30 days of receiving your completed document. Any refunds requested after 30 days will be determined on a case by case basis depending on multiple factors such as, time frame, how much work has been invested into the project, etc.
Cancellations
If a document project has been started and is currently pending, you may cancel at any point. If you have been charged or the project has been completed and wish to cancel, contact your case representative to request refund. Refunds need to be requested within 30 days.
Termination
If blatant abuse of our refund policy is detected, Bravestone Capital Inc. has the right to terminate the account, any pending projects, and all access to the client at any time. Please review the Terms & Conditions before using our services.
